Course Fees & Dates

Tax-free childcare and childcare voucher payments are not accepted following clarification with HMRC. This is because our type of course does not fall within the intended purpose of these tax benefits, which are primarily to enable parents to attend work.  

Course fees will be payable in termly instalments by debit/credit card only.

Reservation Fee

A fee of £250 is payable to reserve your child’s place on the Year 3, Year 4 or Year 5 course.

This fee is a non-refundable reservation fee should you terminate the course before commencement or mid-term. However, you can get credit or a refund in the following circumstances:

For the Year 3 and Year 4 Course, the amount of £250 will be deducted from your final instalment of the course fee.

For the Year 5 Course the reservation will be refunded in March provided you have reported the 11 plus results (in October) and school offers received (in March).


In the event of termination before commencement or mid-course, no refund of the reservation fee will be made.
