Intensive Courses Year 5

Our short intensive courses and workshops take place during school holidays and half term and are usually a week long per subject.

These courses make full use of our state of the art technology and are taught in small, engaging groups, designed to refine and enhance the existing 11 plus preparation for the children that attend them. For children without specialised tutoring, these courses can provide an invaluable opportunity to be taught material they have otherwise found difficult and to learn skills for revision directly applicable to the exams they will sit. With guidance from experienced subject experts, they can consolidate their knowledge in the 11 plus syllabus and boost their performance with essential exam techniques. Overall these courses provide children with the chance to ask questions to SMEs, to build their motivation and confidence and to familiarise themselves with actual exam question styles, as well as the strategies for answering each style.
