Eleven Plus Exams CEO named EdTech Innovation CEO of the Year
Eleven Plus Exams’ CEO, Ilesh Kotecha, has been named one of the recipients of the CEO of the Year Awards UK 2025, presented by the Excellence Awards.

This is a fitting recognition of the vision, dedication, and purpose-driven leadership our CEO brings to Eleven Plus Exams every day.

Ilesh is known to many of the parents and students who use our services from his familiar presence around our tuition centre, and even in front of the classroom. Ilesh has worked to exemplify the Excellence Awards’ philosophy, balancing innovation with responsibility, and always placing the staff of Eleven Plus Exams and the good of our customers and students at the heart of every decision.
EdTech Innovation
Ilesh has specifically been recognised for his contributions to EdTech Innovation.
Ilesh is at the helm of Eleven Plus Exams’ digital services and products, spearheading the creation and development of our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The VLE has become a one-stop solution for 11+ preparation, transforming the way students can learn and prepare from the comfort of home. The VLE provides online 11+ courses, mock exams, over 60,000 practice questions and over 1,000 explanatory videos.
From September 2025, Eleven Plus Exams’ online courses will also feature live hosted lessons, mirroring our full in-person lessons.
